Purchased the Lille sofa set last week. Easy to assemble, great price, quick delivery. Such a lovely set, we are very happy with it. Would recommend to anyone wanting garden furniture.

Ordered last Friday delivered on Tuesday. Brilliant service quality fantastic. I had brought a similar product from another company a few weeks before the same price. Needed 2 but couldn't get another one of the same. The club ratten product is far superior in quality than my other one.

My Santos sofa set was ordered on Wednesday I was given a delivery date for Tuesday coming, it’s now Friday and I’m thrilled to have my new furniture already on my patio! Great service from Club Rattan! The quality of the set is excellent, sturdy and so comfy! Will buy again !

Fantastic product and customer service!

Ordered the Willow set and unfortunately the delivery driver dropped a box from a height smashing the feet on one of the sections. Mark and Cinzia were brilliant, arranging delivery of a replacement on a day that I could be home from work.

Took me a couple of attempts to order due to demand initially tried PayPal but ApplePay was the one that got me the set.

Highly recommend Club Rattan for delivering a great product at a fantastic price.

After two months of trying, we finally.got the order in the cart and paid for it!! Had an email to confirm delivery would be today (Friday) but it's not arrived! No communication, not overly amused as I waited in all day. Emailed asking where it was to be told (quick reply to be fair) that it was out for delivery and could arrive around 6pm. But nothing and no comms. I now have to wait until next week to see if this can be sorted. It's the lack of communication that annoys me. You need to be able.to track deliveries and keep people informed.

I experienced a valid fault after 2 years. This company not only agreed without quibble, they arranged for a new item to be shipped to me to replace the faulty item within a week. Often you do not know how good a company is until you have an issue. Club Rattan are a quality outfit with excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

These guys are a fantastic online retailer. Lovely furniture with out the ridiculous price tag. I ordered the Harmoney corner unit with rising coffee table and love it. At the time they were out of stock of the rain cover, but when i did eventually order it about 6 months later i ordered the wrong one, the lady at customer service relised what sofa i all ready had then phoned me to tell me id ordered the wrong and cancelled it for me then emailed me when it was back in thats good customer service most companies wouldnt do that.
