White Stores Windlesham Store

Waited nearly a whole year after paying a lot of money for my garden furniture to be delivered when 10 weeks was initially given for my delivery time. In compensation for being without my money or goods for so long they gave me a credit to use in their store or online, expiry date August 22. I rang them to order a couple of accessories with my credit but they say they know nothing about it! Apparently the colleague who gave me the credit has left. The girl on the phone said she would ring me back but she hasn't..I emailed a reply using the email with my credit number but they wont respond.

Very very nice and comfortable garden furniture. Can't fault the products and quality. There are so many sets on display including parasols. We were served by Karen who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking and there is a farm shop, aquatic center, hot tub shop and few others in the same estate. We did not visit the farm shop but looks good.

Stay away from this store. Ryan was very nice to us and said our garden table would be ready in 14 days. Almost 3 months have gone by and we are only chasing and chasing again so I will want my money back. CS is horrible. Won't be buying anything from them again and won't recommend it either. They deserve a few negative stars

Extremely poor after service. I my furniture took many months longer to be delivered than was advised. Now on putting the table together my son found that the screws to hold the table top in place are too long making the top unstable. I have emailed customer services twice and as yet have not received an acknowledgment receipt and have phoned three times whereby I was assured someone would call me back. As yet this has not happened. To say I am frustrated is an understatement.

Thank you so much for my new casual dinning set. I couldn’t be anymore pleased with it. The service has been faultless and Chris was so helpful, the complimentary glass of Prosecco was the perfect compliment to seal the deal to.

This weekend was our first chance to use it since it was delivered and all our friends have commented on how nice it looks and what good quality it is. Thank you again, looking forward to make more weekends and years of use

Avoid Whitestores, they are an absolute nightmare to deal with if anything goes wrong with your order! I must have wasted hours and hours of time waiting on their phone line, every call took forever to get through. They always made promises which were never kept, I had to chase everything 10 times! Emails were never answered.
Over a period of approx 5 months:
My first order of a set of garden furniture was cancelled and refunded due to a lack of stock.
I re-ordered when it became available again, about 2 months more later the wrong colour chairs were delivered with the right table.
Another month later replacement chairs were delivered with bent legs!
We were promised more replacement chairs, but then about 2 weeks later were told they weren’t going to be possible (out of stock for the foreseeable future).
We were promised a full refund after collection of the set, lots of chasing phone calls later and no sign of a refund. Had to do a chargeback with my bank. Very stressful experience.

Two weeks before Christmas and they remain closed two days per week, you simply cannot make it up. Sat in my car watching endless potential customers trying to enter the store only to find it closed at the peak of Christmas trading is absolutely un-thinkable. If they couldn't find a part time member of staff to run things at least over the Christmas period or the management to actually work over. Oh well thats £900 of my money lost to your competitors. I mean it's not like we're in a recession or anything.....

Today we received our beautiful garden furniture. The delivery came on time (pleasantly sooner than we anticipated) and was delivered by two excellent chaps - Paul and Garry - they were extremely pleasant, very helpful and diligent, highly recommend White Stores in Windlesham, and if you are lucky enough to get Garry and Paul to deliver, then I am confident you will be as happy as I am .. thank you to all the team at White Stores..
