By far the best shopping experience I've had in a long time! Delighted with our patio dining set which arrived 2 days after ordering (on an up to 14 days promise!)
Exactly as described/ pictured. Excellent price. Phone query was answered by a real person who knew the products and couldn't have been more helpful! Highly recommended.

Called in today for the first time and ordered a beautiful Bristol set, can't wait for it to be delivered. Great place lovely gentlemen not pushy just very helpful.

Bought 2 planters from them, when they arrived they didn’t have bottoms on them, basically just metal cylinders. When I raised this with indoor / outdoor customer service was awful, they just said they aren’t listed as having a bottom. It’s a planter, it’s expected. Returns policy is appalling, you have to pay for all packaging and returns yourself. Go elsewhere.

Very experienced, honest and we'll organized in the firework department. They will show you what each of there fireworks look like on a TV so you can see what your getting before you buy. Had a absolute brilliant night thanks to these guys. Will be going back for more when time comes for another celebration. (Any excuse to let some fireworks off)

Very poor service and response. Ordered a play house at the start of the year and was advised that it would be delivered in March which was great as we wanted it for our daughters 4th birthday at the end of April.

Fast forward to March and no sign of the play house. Several emails sent and calls before we we’re finally informed it would be April which was cutting it fine, but as the party wasn’t until the end of the month we figured it would be ok.

Fast forward to April and again several calls and emails and still no sign of the play house. We were finally informed it would be another 6 weeks…this was nothing the case, so 3 false dates given. It finally arrived in Mid July. However, when we began to put the play house together it was obvious that the parts had been rushed. They were slightly off on the sizes which would have made it hard to build. However, more worryingly was the build quality. For just shy of £700 I was appalled at the quality of build.

My daughter was extremely disappointed, but we decided to return the product. I sent a nice email stating this issues and was quite understanding indoor outdoor advising that perhaps this is a one off and covid has played its part in the late delivery along with the poor build quality (assuming they were rushing to get products out and not fully quality checking them).

It got worse when I got a snotty email back insinuating that it was my expectations that were too high and that I was building it wrong.

I told them that it was delivered late and the quality was poor so regardless of if the believe it’s my fault I wasn’t happy with the build quality that I would like to return it this was on 4th August.

After chasing again due to no response they told me that I would need to pay for the return of the product and they would only issue a refund once inspected. I refused and said it was on them due to all the issues I’ve had (and still having).

Fast forward to today….the item is still on my drive (making parking extremely hard when you live on a terrace street with a lack of off and on street parking). I’ve had to chase again today for someone to come back and let me know when it is getting collected. This company has to be one of the worst I have dealt with.

Lack of response, transparency and ownership of wrong doings. Indoor outdoor…..sort this out

Never used this company for anything other than fireworks. Lovely chap who runs it and always offer extras when buying fireworks for free.... a nice touch so we go to these every year for nigh on a decade. However last couple of years, offers have been taken off the table so not the usual perks of a pack of rockets or 2 thrown in (can blame covid in my opinion) but the quality of fireworks have shot right down. We sometimes spend nigh on a grand on fireworks over the years, sometimes a hundred quid (new baby arrival) however the quality of the fireworks have been shocking for one of a lighter word this year and last some of which i have worried about the safety of them. In particular we had a diamond selection box last year. All box and packaging and certainly no boom despite the videos that were playing in store. 3 days ago we bought a selection box by scorpion fireworks. Most firework branding posts an RRP, i think ours was £139.99. If id of spent £133.99 on those that we lit last night, i'd of cried myself into a bath full of tears and drowned. Some didnt light and the neon sparklers i refused to give to my kids as some just burnt like a wick and didnt do anything, some were like an inferno so beware of the quality. In fireworks you pay for what you get but dont think your getting a bargain when you pay £70 for a selection box and the RRP on box makes out that theyre worth twice as much. One exploded in my face whilst the fuse had just been lit and there was a good 2 inch of fuse left. (As a firefighter of x amount of years, i know what is safe and what isn't regarding fireworks). Hopefully, next years stock and service is a little better and he chooses some reputable firework brands. Lovely run family business and dont let that put you off, just an honest review of a regular customer of their fireworks. Not like you can return the packaging afterwards and say they were rubbish or faulty is it. Regarding their furniture and everything else including garden equipment. Some lovely stuff to be had and you will get a good service.

Beware of this business they mislead and lie to you regarding availability and delivery times. Having handed over £2000 on the day we ordered the 4 week delivery time turned into 4 months and ended in a refund as we lost faith in their excuses. I was disappointed in myself for being duped into supporting their cash flow and allowing them to waste my time. Should have gone elsewhere. Don't trust a word they say.
