I ordered a set which compromised of a two seater seat, two singles & table. It also came with drink shelves that over lay between the seats, which are removable so you can change the layout whenever you want. As I ordered from the country living Christmas fair I was a bit nervous as to how my set would be when delivered, although I only had to pay the £20 delivery upfront, the rest you pay when delivered.
I had nothing to worry about, the set was very well made, sturdy and looks fabulous in my garden. When I next stumbled upon their display at the big cat sanctuary, I ended up buy a planter to match my seating set! Amazing quality for the price, I would definitely use them again & again...
.just need a bigger garden!

Very disappointing customer service from Charles Taylor. Had previously had a great experience when purchasing a bench through the Country Living fair, so decided to purchase some planters through them. One planter was never delivered, have tried every day for two weeks now to get through via phone (usually goes to voicemail) and email (has been responded to but no word for a week now). I understand it's busy right now but all I'm asking is for them to contact the delivery person for the picture to ensure that all goods were delivered, and if not then a replacement sent (I've already been assured by two people, one by phone and Louise via email that they would contact the driver). Should not take 2 weeks to complete, and in the meantime I'm losing faith that I'll ever get this sorted out. Money down the drain. I didn't even mention to them that one of the planters had clearly been dropped, as it is scratched and one of the wood panels is bent and coming off. Think twice about ordering from them; they're clearly struggling to keep up with orders during this time. Hoping that by posting this review I'll actually get a response.

We had our furniture delivered today & assembled by Lee, what a credit to your company. Having only seen furniture online was not sure what to expect, but no need to have worried, very, very pleased indeed great quality & competitive prices. Thanks again to Lee 1st class service

Fantastic customer service. I ordered the wrong size replacement arbour cover. Due to a family situation, I didn’t open the package for a few months. However, there was no issue in exchanging for the one that was the correct size. Thank you!

This product is not easy to maintain! 8 months after purchase, it started to blacken, I have treated as manufacturer recommended but still it keeps turning black even under tarpaulin. Think I'm going to sand it down and paint it for next year. Really wish I didn't buy though.

Told all in price, on delivery charged extra for delivery (we checked at show)
Emailed Simon twice who said he would look into it, over three weeks now heard nothing, not even had a receipt of payment on delivery as was promised by email.
Not impressed at all.
Simon phoned today 8th November 2022 not a great conversation at all.
We were not informed of a delivery charge until after we paid a deposit. Even though we asked before we purchased.
Not admitting a mistake was made by not telling us.
You are only ever as good as your customer service.
Lesson learnt.
Finally got a receipt of payment today.

We bought a 6ft table two benches and two chairs. From Andy at a festival in Whitstable, we left a small deposit and Andy said he would deliver two days later at end of festival. Two days later got a couple of phone calls to confirm delivery Andy put it all together we paid the balance in cash and the quality of the furniture is great , the customer service we got from Andy was fantastic and we would happily recommend

Bought a swing from the good food show. Said delivery March but arrived today January! Was rang by driver to say he would be delivering about 5. He rang again to let us know he was running a little late. Matt was brilliant! Polite helpful! He assembled it super fast. Didn’t moan about doing it, just did it was super efficient! Charles Taylor I hope you know you have a great worker here!
We had a table and chairs at least 6 years ago and it’s been in all weathers and still in lovely condition. I oil it once a year.
This is a great company that produce quality furniture to last at a great price!!
