Ordered a Zanzibar gem from here. One month later and the plant has turned brown and completely wilted. Asked for a refund but was told it had been overwatered or left in the cold. Neither of which is correct. A terrible service

Called today.the pictures make you think you can go and look at the garden furniture, you can't just boxes in barns. Says open from 8.30am to 5.3pm so we rang twice ,straight through to answerphone still waiting for my return call.

Do NOT buy wisteria from this garden centre. They are selling the foul smelling variety disguised as the sweet smelling variety. It's too late to complain when the plant eventually flowers.

A massive thank you to Wendy and her team who kindly took care of a miss-delivered parcel which should have gone to Denmark but ended up in Derby. Wendy kindly re-labelled the parcel and made it available for collection again. Exceptionally kind! Best Wishes, Sajid & Najam

Well today has been a massive joke..
I messaged them on ebay heard nothing so today we rang and rang all morning with no answer but it says online they are open till 4.30.
All we wanted was an inflateable snowman that we cant find anywhere else so on the website i clicked on about us got the adress and drove 40miles to get there pulled up at a house and sat there for 10 minutes trying to figure out whats going on.
A man came out and said we are only online but if you go 10mins down the road to the garden centre they have everything we sell in there, so we drive 10mins down the road and get to the garden centre where we payed £2 to park, parked up walked around the corner and found theres a car park for free for garden centre users.
We then go into garden centre to find they dont have any inflatables in there we give up at this point and went home really wanted that inflateable as it shakes and look like its shivering but ill find another one after this id rather go somewhere else. Sort yout website out and answer the phone to customers or message them back.

Very poor packaging - received a very badly damaged Monstera Deliciosa. Terrible value for money.
