Very impressed with Universal Lawnmowers for servicing my Hayter petrol mower. Good customer service from the start but the delivery driver totally took it to the next level. Hats off to him. Would definitely recommend.

While the in store service was good I have been trying to make to contact to discuss a missing screw and bolt however responses to emails has been appalling. After sales service is non-existent. Eventually a response was received and a resolution provided. Thank you

Had a slipping drive belt on my complicated mower and although very busy guy promised to complete by end of day. He kept his word and showed me how to do it myself! Great customer service and for a man who uses his mower every day for work speed was essential for me. Cannot thank you enough ( universal powers mechanic with flat cap !! ) you were just the best today.

Fantastic service, had the rope on my Honda gx200 starter break, called universal lawn mowers and they said come down and they could fit a new rope. Great to find somebody that can fix a part rather than just replace the whole unit. Hopefully I don’t have to use them again but if I have another problem I will be straight on the phone to them to see if they can help me.

My husband really like this place.
They always have the parts he need to fix his mowers for work. They are a little on the pricey side. Those bolts was $5 a piece. Geese Louise!! He bought a spindle it was $20 more than what others quoted him.
But they never fail to have exactly what he's looking for. He left on today a very satisfied customer.

Had a problem with my Bosch battery mower. I was recommended to Universal. I received excellent service via the telephone and during a face to face visit. The problem was fixed immediately and the gentleman was very courteous and friendly.
Most impressed would not hesitate to recommend.

My Allett 43 mower needed some attention and although I did not purchase the mower from Universal they were extremely helpful and repaired it under warranty, only charging a nominal fee for collection and delivery. Very pleased with the service

Staff very helpful. Managed to get a part for the mower.
Always helpful on the phone as well.
Might be best to phone first to see if they have what you want, as the car park is smallish.
