The receptionists were very welcoming and knowledgeable.
Sarah the vet was kind, caring, knowledgeable and friendly.
I liked the separate seating for cats and dogs to avoid stress to the pets.
Having easy parking is such an asset

Louise and her staff at vets4pets Bagshot are one in a million. We went through a difficult time earlier in the year and Louise took us under her wing providing not only medical care for my daughter’s dog but also showing compassion and incredible kindness. We then lost our cat a few weeks ago and Louise was again there for us. We cannot thank her and her staff enough for making a tough time easier to cope with. I am not one for writing reviews but I cannot speak highly enough. I thank you all again. Sally and Phil.

Maxine was welcoming and Megan’s energy was happy and reassuring. Lexi’s nails were cut in about three minutes flat!! The sedative might have worked but take nothing away from the those who administered the treatment. Thank you!

It was my first visit to Vets4Pets and everyone was so kind to my dog and very friendly. Louise, the lady vet I saw was lovely, and had a very good way with Jasper, who is usually very nervous at vets, but he was handled so carefully and gently that he didn't mind at all. Louise also explained everything to me very clearly. I was extremely satisfied, thank you very much!

The lovely vet administered my nervous dog his vaccinations on the floor where he was more at ease. My dog was also thoroughly health checked and I felt satisfied with the overall experience and my dog even gave her a kiss.
