Probably the best time of year for viewing the leaves on a beautiful selection of trees. Too early for the flowers but still worth a visit. The grounds are very well maintained. Very quiet but that's probably because it was mid week and term time so hardly any children.

An absolutely beautiful place, the gardeners there do an amazing job taking care of the gardens here. It is a very full, bountiful garden with lots of produce and gorgeous flowers, and it feeds a lot of bees, butterflies and other crucial insects. I love going there and finding some food on the produce table, or a lovely bunch of flowers from the garden! It is so peaceful and serene later in the day, and walking there has brought me joy for many years...
So lots of thanks to all the staff that take care of this garden 🙏🏻

I have been visiting Tyntesfield House for many years and have never been disappointed. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great cafes around the estate and transport for those who require it.

This place is absolutely beautiful 😍 If you are a massive fan of Downton Abby and Pride and Prejudice honestly you'll love this place ❤️. The views are breathe taking. The house is stunning it blew me away with it's beauty. I could have moved in 😂. I went with my 6yr old Twin's and we made Birthday card's for Tyntesfield 20th birthday 🎂 🥳. My twins enjoyed taking part in a historic moment. The play area was great for kid's. Only downside to it. Is they've placed it next to apple trees and it was swarmed by wasps and bee's. That wasn't a pleasant experience as visitors where trying to avoid getting stung and thier children. As they had a cafe area right next to it and selling ice cream and drinks only made it worse too.
Other than that we had a fantastic day. It was 31 degrees Sun 🌞 ☀️ was scorching hot. Let's just say it tired us out. 😴 the hill was especially hard to takle in Heat. I highly recommend the bus to and from in drastic weather.
Look forward to coming back and exploring the woodlands next time. 😀

Had about a half an hour walk around the kitchen garden. Lots of plants and flowers in the garden. We'll worth a visit. Finished off with an ice cream in the cafe right outside the gardens.

Really liked the kitchen garden - with a visit in Autumn - they had a pumpkin display this year

I love this place, such a feeling of serenity. Fascinating to see how they used to produce food and crops in the Victorian era.
There is a toilets(one disabled) and small cafe behind the renewed orangery, which has various exhibits throughout the year. They give away excess produce for a donation.
The paths are mainly gravel but it is wheelchair friendly, some steps on certain route but they can be avoided.

Gardens are quite impressive. These marrows will be just right for Halloween. The borders are still showing lots of colour. The trees are superb and will be lovely autumn colours in a month or so. Quite a steep climb down to the garden and then back again. 😄
