A beautifully cultivated space of calm and wonder. The original Secret Garden free of didactic overtones and with unlimited access. Congratulations to the team of dedicated gardeners, your efforts are so helpful.

Always worth a visit, the volunteers have done such an excellent job here, it really is one of Salisbury's best kept secrets!

I work there and it is hard work and rewarding

Great place to take the dogs, fully enclosed so they can not escape.

Exquisite walled garden. A welcome lawn with tables and chairs. A sunken rockery with beautifully designed planting - a tapestry of textures and colours. Thoughtful and inspiring tree plantings; flower borders tucked into alcoves between hedges; raised vegetable and herb beds; a pond and a fabulous arrangement of shade loving hostas and ferns. All formed by a designer's eye; a plant lover's pallette; a gardener's graft. This secret garden is a magical place. If I was to be reborn as a plant, I'd love to be planted here.

I love that Salisbury has a little garden like this,It's often quiet, so it is a perfect place to sit alone with a book , or to chat with a friend.
Or if you're a horticultural enthusiast then you might just enjoy looking at the beautifully attended plants.

The volunteers have done a fantastic job over the past 5 years to restore this garden.

The ladies and gentlemen of the secret garden society all volunteers, now look after the gardens and I must say how good they look a small slice of paradise to sit in for a while, worth a visit.. 😀
