Bramblecrest Garden Furniture (BDP imports)

I have nowreceived a full replacement of cushions from Bramble Crest and Old Barn.

Cushions have faded. I was initially thrilled with our wedding present but after three months the cushions faded and left uneven marks where the back cushions sit on the seat cushions. We were told Bramble was the best and that the cushions were season/weather proof. I contacted the nursery where we bought it from and they said, they'd being trying to get hold of Bramble but couldn't and that we'd have better luck complaining to Bramble ourselves. I sent emails with photos and I've called numerous times but can't get through to anyone. We're really disappointed.
This furniture set is a wedding gift that was meant to last years and cost a lot of money. It should do what was advertised.

I bought a expensive parasol less than 3 years ago the handle does not hold the parasol open just slides down. The company answer to their retailer is to say it's guarantee is for one year. I was informed it will cost 600pounds to replace. This product is not fit for purpose. Any body else with this problem.

Very poor quality yet very expensive. Regretting buying these. The cushions have gone mouldy (the covers are apparently only weather resistant whatever that is supposed to mean).

And despite the label saying the cocoon will not rust it has indeed rusted after only 3 or 4 years.

Customers services say it's all our fault. The only thing that is my faultbis buying their shoddy goods. Do yourselves a favour and look elsewhere.

Should learned my lesson with the previous reviews here. Garden dining set delivered, table surface broken. Called, nobody to help. Waiting for a call back. Bad product and service!

We found surprising that they do not have replacement canopies for the parasols they have been selling. Our was bought in 2017 and already a few years ago it needed stitching in some of its edges. This year it was torn beyond repair and strangely they do not come spare canopies. In general rather poor quality and customer service, especially for the price tag.

Very disappointed in what was a very expensive hanging cocoon chair. Totally rusted out in a little over 4 years. Due to a design fault water runs into, but can't drain out of the base pipes, which then rusts from within. We contacted Bramble Crest, not interested, obviously happy to continue selling a product in the full knowledge that it will rust out very quickly, but conveniently, not before the warranty runs out. Also not interested or willing to acknowledge the faulty design. Suggesting instead that we should purchase a full price replacement, which presumably will just rust out again. Note that it is impossible to drain the water unless the whole unit is tipped upside down every time the hanging support gets wet. This is not in the care instructions and simply not practical. Customer focus and empathy zero.

Purchased the fire pit dining set, first table arrived with rattan split open on the corners - really poorly packaged. Requested a replacement and that it be quality checked, this took a couple of weeks apparently due to Suez Canal and covid etc. The replacement table arrived with cracked grout so the tile table top was obviously sitting up from the frame on one side, parts were missing and the fire pit itself was marked with hard black residue. I should add we bought the set from online stockist and they have been enormously helpful and apologetic and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They have kindly let us keep the set whilst they source yet another replacement. However the set is already starting to show signs of wear despite only being used a handful of times. I won’t be recommending - highly overpriced low quality furniture and I suspect not very durable. Costly mistake!
