Since danny has gone the company isnt the same . David is rude and hasnt got a clue . Shame this used to be a good place for moulds . Avoid at all cost if you dont want to get ripped off by cheap latex and over priced moulds . If you have brought from brightstone before , be very aware its not the same owner !!

Placed an order, received confirmation email but said it would take 1 month to complete order. Though I will wait only to get an email from PayPal to say my order has been cancelled with no reason. Emailed company asking why and no response. I would avoid!

Bought a few moulds from brightstone moulds in the past and were excellent quality bought some a few months ago cost me a nice few quid ended up having to repair two after the first/second cast disappointed is an understatement. Try to resolve it with David he said he would send me a new urn mould and then decided not too. Rude and doesn't care about the customer or quality of the product I would have bought a lot more off brightstone had they been anyway fair.

I have been casting now for some 25 years so I have forgotten a fair amount. I needed a mould which this company were advertising on their website, I asked for confirmation on size and ordered. A few weeks later I had a random parcel arrive which contained a mould about a 3rd of the size I ordered. This David character is in a world of his own and refused to organise a return. I reverted to PayPal to get my money back. I returned the toy mould myself that I was sent and I'm glad it was the wrong size and I could because it wouldn't of lasted more than a dozen casts the latex was so thin you could see through it and the fibreglass was bendable it was shocking. Save yourself the pain and go elsewhere, there are plenty of alternatives that will provide proper moulds.
