Visiting just after two storms meant that a lot of the site was closed until safety checks had been completed. Nevertheless Dyffryn is a pleasant place to visit and there was still a lot to see. I will go back in late spring or summer to enjoy the gardens and arboretum. The house is closed to the public. The cafe produced a decent light lunch and I ate on the sunny south facing terrace. The car park is large with an electric charging point. Adequate toilets and a big gift shop that also sells plants.

Spent a good two hours walking around the gardens in late March. Lots to see. Tea and ice cream in front of the house was very pleasant. Definitely would visit again

I had a lovely day here with my family. A lot of the gardens are currently being re-worked but there was still plenty to see wandering through the maze of different zones. I will definitely be returning to this gorgeous spot in the future!

The gardens were very nice for a wander around. Lots of little paths to explore and secret areas to sit. The house wasn't open unfortunately and we were informed that it probably wouldn't open again until next year. We enjoyed a nice lunch in the cafe.

Nice location for a wander around the gardens and different areas of the gardens.
The house was under construction and looks like it could be a long time until open.
Lots of areas around the gardens that were off limits because of ongoing work being done.
Watch out for the wasps around the seating cafe area as it was impossible to sit there.

Absolutely beautiful place. Spent almost the whole day here, just so gorgeous! All the staff are super helpful and friendly, the cafe has some super tasty food too. We spent ages in the natural play area with my toddler and I can't wait to come back again soon. Has definitely become one of my favourite places to visit

Beautiful gardens, a nice cafe where you can watch birds feeding over the river in the window, and a big manor house (closed for refurbishments on our visit) l.

There's a glass house of succulents and various Japanese statues which we found pretty interesting. The shop also has some nice art, crafts and agricultural bits.

Wear sensible shoes if you plan on walking the woodland.

Went here then it was cold and wet day. It's a nice place to go for a walk. But definitely would wait for spring or summer to go there, then all plants, trees and flowers have blossomed so you could also have nice picnic with family or friends. It's a beautiful garden. Cafe and shop ladies was very lovely 😊 it's also dog friendly 🐶
