I was disgusted with the service from head office. I am a start up, bought 2 burners, 1 still new returned in original packaging within 28 days. I was charged 20% for returning the item for refund. If I had gone online which is now usually cheaper, I wouldn't have faced this issue. I was spoken in a rude manner and the lot. Not recommended

A very diverse shop and calor gas dealer. They also serve autogas and have a large pet food and camping department.

Calor gas when you cannot buy it most other places! A brilliant business! 🧡

The hotdog place outside served a truly nasty and cold hotdog, the staff were unpleasant, cash only,,,unimpressed.

Awful service. John Staytes Services provided me a faulty gas bottle and won't send anyone to resolve the issue for 24hours which means we have no heating in JANUARY. Customer services said 'so you want us to send someone after they've had a day of work and want their tea' and I replied that yes, I felt someone local could come and help because I now have no heating in the middle of January and I have also had a long day at work. I also want my tea haha! They blamed Calor gas, but seeing as they have taken £70+ from me, I feel it is their responsibility to find a solution. As a long standing customer, I'd have expected more from them. The drivers are really decent people and I'm sure if she could have asked, they'd have helped me. Looks like I am staying in a hotel for the night and I shall be passing on the cost considering the receptionists inability to problem-solve. What has happened to common decency of trying to help our neighbours rather than 'it's 4pm so no'...

I wouldn't have minded if she could have been bothered to even ask them and done her best however an outright no that she wont even ask them is silly. I can only assume it was really her who wanted her dinner...

Helpful and friendly staff and one of the few places providing autogas now at 90.7p/litre (Jan 2023). Right next to Kingsholme stadium.

I come here for LPG occasionally. At one point there was a delivery lorry parked alongside the entrance door to unload, blocking the way through to the parking area (where the lorry could have parked) & LPG filling area. I went elsewhere. Maybe think of the customer rather than the delivery driver saving a few steps !!
