Coppenhall gas were highly recommended to me . We are an elderly couple in our70s and I rang them for help with my boiler not working the lady who spoke on the phone asked me to check the water pressure and make sure the pilot light was on ‘ then informed me that their engineers would be unable to repair it because it was originally purchased from B an Q and we had not had it serviced so parts would not be available NO OFFER TO DO SURVEY WITH A VIEW TO FITTING A NEW ONE apparently due to pressure of work . Phoenix gas came the same day did survey fitted within one week despite lockdown took old boiler away PERFECT £1900-00 well spent 7yrguarentee 3 free services .So in future when I need a gas engineer I won’t be using my local tradespeople which is what I like to do .normally

Excellent customer service. They went out of their way to get us the best price and get our new boiler fitted as soon as possible. Would definitely use again and would recommend 100%

Coppenhall Gas came round very quickly this morning after I rang there emergency number.
Our boiler was pouring water out the water was coming down the wall. Within 30mins they were there an by 11am it was fixed .
Absolutely brilliant company

I would never use this company again , we had nothing but problems from them ! Got sold a faulty fire and took ages ( months ) to resolve ! Very poor service! And rude customer services as well!

Coppenhall Gas rescued us today when a bird got down the chimney and got stuck behind our gas fire. Absolutely excellent service. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Will definitely be switching to using them for our regular gas servicing. Bird survived 😀
