Tor Plumbing installed a new, larger condensing combi boiler, ripping out the original header tanks, cylinder and pipes. Also installed new radiator and new thermostat fittings on existing radiators. Jimmy is very knowledgeable about gas equipment and tailored the new system to our family's needs, even installing a two-zone heating system and anticipating our future hot water usage as our multitude of kids get older! The system was thoroughly power flushed and Jimmy ensured the boiler and heating system ran effectively, efficiently and silently. We even have the option to operate the system from our mobile phones. A very clean and tidy job, Jimmy, many thanks! We have no hesitation in recommending his services and will see him again for the annual boiler servicing.

Jimmy recently installed a new central heating system at my mother’s house. It was not an easy job but with his excellent knowledge and experience he overcame any problems with ease. He works very tidily and any disruption was kept to the minimum. We are delighted with the work and would not hesitate to recommend his services. Brilliant job! I contacted Tor Plumbing Services due to a leaking gas pipe and a non-functioning boiler. James responded swiftly, scheduling an urgent appointment early the following morning to fix the gas leak. He quickly diagnosed the boiler fault which required a new part ordered then returned to fit this. The job was more complex than expected as a fuse had blown and he had to track down the unknown location of the junction box containing the fuse for the boiler (concealed behind some panelling!). After fitting a full safety check was carried out. My boiler is fully-functional once more. I would not hesitate to recommend Tor Plumbing Services and James for a swift, efficient and friendly service and his expert advice and knowledge.

Jimmy completed a bathroom tiling job, fitted a towel radiator and a bath/ shower screen for us. His workmanship is 1st class and the finished job is to showroom standard, an excellent job all round. He came to our house and gave a quote & the work was completed the following week. Would highly recommend.

I had a boiler failure and Jimmy was quick to come and assess the repair and identified that a new boiler was required. To say I have a family and the colder weather I cant thank Jimmy enough for managing this project, replacing and relocating my boiler and doing all this within a week. I cant say enough good about Jimmy and his empathy and authenticity displayed by his colleagues aswell from Lowe electrical. James came and replaced a gas valve on my boiler, and as he was leaving, quickly fixed a pipe that was leaking! He was polite, punctual, efficient and explained clearly what he was doing, and went out of his way to fix the leaking water pipe, although this was not part of the boiler repair. I would definitely recommend him and use his services in the future.

Excellent work. Always punctual, worked like a Trojan to get the job done despite the bodge job by the previous plumber. Can't recommend highly enough, house central heating transformed. Will turn up to quote and cheaper than Boxt.
