Deakin's Plumbing & Heating Ltd

We had Deakin's Plumbing & Heating LTD install a new Worcester Bosch Boiler replacing our old inefficient one. We also had a new Honeywell Evo Home system installed letting us control our heating on our phone and also new radiators throughout.

From the survey to the installation the staff and engineers were fantastic, kind and courteous and always willing to answer any questions I had.

I would definitely recomend to family and friends and without doubt use their services again.

What great service they provide, Tom turned up to do our survey report,on time and smart and courteous. Kept us informed what he was doing and what would happen next.
We got our report quickly via email, and a quote for the work that needed carrying out.
Once we had this, we agreed a date and time, again Tom turned up on time and cracked on with the job, his apprentice was very attentive and helpful.
The job was completed and tested, we were given an explanation of what had been done and the consumer unit. They left everything clean and tidy.

What a breath of fresh air! Proper nice to come across a business that ticks ALL the customer service boxes, I would have no hesitation in recommending. We had our boiler moved to new location within the house and a radiator removed and replaced with vertical radiator. Adam, who did the work was thoughtful and meticulous, and the finished job(s) are brilliant, even worked late to get the house in order and cleaned and removed all waste.
Can't fault them and happy to know where to go if I need jobs of this nature in the future.

How lovely it was to wake up in a warm house with radiators that finally work and hot water in the taps. I cannot thank Deakins enough. From the first visit by Chris to assess the job of relocating a new boiler to completion yesterday, I have been satisfied. The quote came quickly, there was no pressure at all to accept it and at all times they have been thoroughly professional. During installation, although there were some challenges, Adam was totally efficient at managing the situation even staying late to complete what he was doing and to tidy up. At all times they were friendly and kept me updated about progress.
I would definitely use Deakins again.

Had a problem with my shower, contacted local company Deakin's. Someone came out the next day, gave me a quote, we agreed. 2 days later new shower was fitted done and dusted. Shiny and new, firing hot again. I'm back singing in the shower. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing 😂. But the shower is great, the service was great. Highly recommended. Top class service from start to finish 👍

Used this company on several occasions. I can honestly say they are another level, the communication, pricing, time keeping is impeccable. I wouldn't trust any one else. Keep up the good work.
