Troy and his colleague installed a new combi boiler. The whole experience was very satisfactory, from the quote process through to installation. Troy was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and courteous. The installation went smoothly, with no problems. They got on with the work without disruption to my routine (working from home) and cleaned up after. Highly recommended.

Contacted Troy late in the evening, as my elderly parents had been very badly let down by BG & left with a broken boiler, and no timescale to fix. Fantastic service by email & on the phone followed by a site meeting very early the following morning.
Received a very acceptable quote within a few hours & because of my parents age an appointment was made to fit a new boiler the following day. Troy & his team arrived as promised, extremely tidy & clean workers, who have done a wonderful job. Within 2 days my parents have a very warm house & a 1st class job completed.

If you want a refreshing approach to plumbing, you'll be sorted with Troy and his trusty team. Last year we had Troy do a whole house plumbing refit job for us as part of a bigger build contract. Troy and his team were efficient, neat, effective and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We were kept informed throughout the works and unexpected problems were dealt with calmly and professionally. We have since used Troy for repair and replacement jobs and most recently we called on him for help rescuing a bathroom refit that was abandoned by another plumber and he very kindly fit us in and completed the job for us. I would highly recommend using Trojan Plumbing and Heating (if you can find a slot in their very busy diary after all these glowing reviews!).

I can't speak for their plumbing, but one of their team was illegally texting and driving whilst driving through a busy junction on Iffley road at 11am this morning. Poor regard for the safety of passing pedestrians and other road users. I hope the company has an effective means of dealing with dangerous driving.

Lovely service from Troy and the team. My boiler stopped working so I needed it sorting quickly. When I called up I was greeted by Cindy, she was lovely. The plumbers arrived within a few hours. They were very professional and polite and got the job done quickly.

I couldn’t recommend Troy more highly if I tried. We were without heating for two days during this recent cold spell. Our provider, who we have a care plan with were beyond useless and totally misdiagnosed the issue twice. Troy got the situation resolved quickly and his level of service was fantastic!!

Boiler failure in cold weather on a weekend? Troy took the call after about 20 others either didn’t answer or return the call on a Saturday morning. Arrived same day and diagnosed the issue quickly. Part fitted by the Monday! Top service!
