Where do I start ? Our boiler went on the blink Boxing Day I called Ben after recommendation who came straight out to us without hesitation excellent prompt customer service gave us his expert knowledgeable advice and fitted us straight in and today his amazing team Ellis and Adam came and fitted our new boiler I have never had such lovely pleasant accommodating & hard working lads in my home the job they did was outstanding nothing was to much trouble!! I would recommend these 3 guys all day long reliable, genuine & so trustworthy I certainly won’t be using anyone else in the future apart from B K Plumbing!!

Called Ben to help with a Glow-worm Micron boiler that would not light. Ben helped me diagnose the likely cause over the phone and then ordered the parts, kept in touch and arrived a couple of days later. Changed the boiler fan and now have heating and hot water again! Great communication, friendly, knowledgeable and a fair price. Would definitely recommend.

Called BK Plumbing & Heating at short notice, as I needed my boiler servicing. Ben managed to book me in at an early slot, which was greatly appreciated.

Ben is highly professional, wore a face mask at all times whilst in my house, and left the area clean and tidy. No paperwork as everything was sent electronically via email.

Our old (40 years) back-boiler exploded in Septenber 2021. We tried lots of plumbers, but they could not replace the boiler for at least three or four months!. - We eventually found Ben and, four weeks later, his team expertly installed our new boiler (in a different location. Just in time for winter! Excellent service. Great team. Polite and obliging. No mess left. Another happy customer! Recommended.

Looked on check a trade and contacted Ben regarding the issue with my boiler, displaying a fault code.

Ben arrived on time, professional throughout and was very respectful in my home. There was no hard sell or ill advice. After Ben had inspected the problem, he advised that it would be better to liaise with the manufacturer direct to rectify the problem. As using a private plumber like him could cost more in the long run trying to rectify the issue, as there was no guarantee that a single part could fix the problem.

My Ideal boiler was install by another local company in 2017, I was advised to not have a service for the first 5 years 'as it wouldn't need it'. Foolishly, I didn't question this and subsequently it has void my warranty. Luckily, I was able to reinstate the remaining warranty with Ideal (at a reasonable price) and have the boiler fixed and serviced.

I am very grateful to Ben, for being honest about my options as customer. I believe many companies would have taken the alternative route for obvious reasons.

5 stars is not enough for these guys, first class service and after care.
Ben came out very quickly when my elderly, disabled fathers boiler decided to call it a day.
Ben not only looked to see what the problem was he also took the time to show me and explain.
He got straight on with ordering a new boiler and got my dad booked in quickly.
We had the pleasure of 2 wonderful thoughtful young men who came a couple of days later to fit the new boiler.
Ellis and Adam were amazing, they worked together very quickly and efficiently with minimum disruption and they were very considerate.
