Rapid Fix Plumbing & Gas

I had to use this company for an emergency callout last week and found them to be highly responsive, reliable and knowledgeable, leaving the job clean and tidy. Because of that, I asked them back this week to fix the original problem permanently - again, as last week, consistently efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Called to change a tap in en-suite. Tricky job as new tap not compatible with old fixings. Tahir very patient & sorted the job fine. Happy with the price. Will use again.

My boiler hadn't been behaving for a while. It worsened, (only working spradically) as soon as the temperatures outside began to drop. The next day an engineer called around and told me that there were many problems going on and that a new boiler could be an option. The boiler was old so we arranged for this to be done. Next day, the job was completed quickly without hassle. I was pleased with the price quoted. All of my queries and concerns were explained to me fully. I can't recommend them highly enough. An extremely happy customer!

I was very impressed that Rapid fix arranged to call round straight away to service a boiler, gas fire and fix a tap washer, so no waiting for an appointment. He explained the work he needed to do and the cost was very reasonable.
