We needed to put thermostatic valves on 5 radiators. From the first phone call, James took the time to advise us on the best valves to buy and he sent us a link. Then on the day, James was punctual and very friendly. Most importantly maybe, James was extremely professional, he took the time to explain all the issues and gave us good advice. What made it even better was when I showed James an issue I've been having with our bath tap - a lot of plumbers have quoted us ridiculous prices and advised us that the only way to change the tap was to remove the sink, the bath panel, remove the bath itself, and possibly redo the tiling in our bathroom. This was meant to be a very big and costly job according to some other plumbers. But James fixed the tap in thirty seconds and saved us hundreds and hundreds of pounds. Honestly I am so impressed, I had never met a plumber so honest and so friendly. He clearly was not there to rip us off. Thank you James for your help and I will not hesitate to recommend you to my friends and family, and to use your services again.

Really impressed by the service provided by James. Our boiler stopped working and he spent ages on the phone trying to fix it. When that failed he turned up the next morning to have a look at the boiler, replaced a part and got it working again all within a couple of hours so we had hot water again. James is very professional and trustworthy and I would have no hesitation recommending him.

Very dedicated to solving our low water pressure issue. Now we've got Victoria falls on our head. Installed a very good quality pump, but there was another issue which was not easy to diagnose, but James got the better of. Very reasonable with price. Highly recommended.

Arrived within 30 mins of me putting in a call, a bit of luck on my part but excellent service all round. Fixed problem with boiler, bled all my radiators, balanced them, unstuck a faulty valve, explained the system to me and how to do things myself in the future. Did all this within the call out fee plus parts. A great value, friendly service. I highly recommend.

Having used other plumbers in the past, I found James to be the most knowledgeable and passionate about fixing issues. He installed a new boiler as the old one was beyond economic repair (he even came back in his own time to have another attempt to repair, as we were without heat or hot water during the recent cold spell).
