I contacted via the website late on a Sunday evening, following the boiler failure, and received a response within the hour. Matt arrived as arranged, investigated the boiler and advised two options - followed up by a written quote later the same day.
Matt began the work when he said he would, working efficiently with a team who clearly interact well and respect each other.
The guys were happy to explain what they were doing and the work was completed in the optimum time, tidying each day before they left and leaving virtually no trace on the final day.

Seriously, though, we're absolutely delighted with the work Matt and his team have done. They got out to see us quickly, gave a very competitive quote, and were able to start the work much sooner than we'd expected. Everything was done with a minimum of disruption and to a very high standard.

Matt and his team did a great job. The quote was reasonable and accurate and communication via email was always prompt. We had 4 radiators and a sink installed in 2 days, the team were polite, professional, helpful and tidy. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Matt recently converted our old single shower en-suite into a modern double shower. Looks amazing and we are very pleased. Matt and his colleague were polite, friendly and worked non stop to complete. At the end of each day they tidied up and left the room clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend. We will be using Matt again when we are ready to do our main bathroom!

M Brierley Plumbing Limited is recommended in my view. Matt provided a complete bathroom replacement including floor and repair to ceiling. We provided a rough guide as to our requirements but left the design and details to him.
I liked the fact that at critical stages during the build, tile choice for example, samples were provided. His first choices were spot on, wall and floor tiles were exactly as imagined.
It was important for us to have the minimum amount of design input and this paid off using Matts experience and familiarity in the trade.
The final result is amazing and just so nice to have the worst room in our home converted to a modern and presentable facility.
Matt and his colleagues are a jolly crew and a pleasure in company and humour throughout their time here.

Moving to a bungalow we were faced with a dreary, very dated bathroom with a pink bath and pine-clad ceiling. Matt and his team transformed it into a wonderful stylish space enhanced with a walk-in shower, mirror enhanced with LED lighting, spacious floor cabinet, etc. As we are not in the first flush of youth he installed helpful grab rails, etc. We had previously sought quotes from big-name companies specialising in bathroom make-overs but M Brierley Plumbing Limited offered much better value with a very attractive result. We love our new bathroom.
