After being without heating and hot water for just over 2 weeks and being let down by someone Pentland Plumbing stepped. From calling them and an engineer visiting our home the installation of our boiler was completed within one day by a set of engineers who were all very efficient, polite and knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in our home, we couldn't fault them at all. This company comes very highly recommended.

Had Pentland Plumbing for the first time for a Boiler repair. The engineer came the same day was very polite and knew his Job. He fitted the part and waited for about 15 minutes just to make sure there were no leaks before he left. After he finished he cleaned up and left everything tidy. Had the bill which was very competitive. Will certainly use them again. One the whole it was a excellent experience. Well done Pentland Plumbing. With all the Cowboys out there it’s refreshing to know a professional that you can turn to when you have a problem.

After having a new boiler fitted by pentland 2 years ago with great service, and having a service every year by them I can highly recommend them. Friendly , polite and tidy workers .

We moved into a new property with my dad. Pentland plumbing upgraded the boiler, radiators and fitted a new bathroom. My dad is 88 and was around while the works were completed. He told me the staff were polite, efficient, helpful and very hard working. To say we are delighted would be an understatement. They even fitted an extra rad in my dads lounge as he feels the cold. I can’t not recommend them more highly and wouldn’t use anyone else even if I had to wait to do so. If you want a company you can trust, who are reliable and trustworthy Pentland has your plumbing and heating sorted! They even helped design the bathroom.

A big thank you to Kerrie and the guys at Pentland for speedily resolving a broken boiler for my elderly parents. They are both in their 80’s and to be left without heating in the temperatures we are currently experiencing as low as -5 at night, could have resulted in devastating consequences.
