GP the technician arrived promptly after my call on the same day, he has fixed my leaky gas pipework and serviced my boiler. GP was very thorough, polite and professional. Thanks for the good work!

Needed my boiler servicing and to fix the pressure as it was at 0. Went on checkatrade and got a call back within minutes and he came out the next day. I’ve just moved into my property and he showed me how the boiler works so I’m all set up for winter now. Had some other questions too which he was more than happy to answer. Highly recommend. Needed a new boiler installed. Rapid Response came out at short notice, installed the boiler and tested everything. They were very helpful and worked around my schedule. Very professional and excellent workmanship. Will be booking them in the future for any heating jobs. Highly recommended

Impressed with the work and level of service from Chad. Found him on Checkatrade, requested a callback and heard from him 8 mins later. He came over within an hour. He carried out the work quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend him and will definitely keep him in mind for future.

Very happy with the quality of the service. We had an ancient boiler which was on its last legs and Chad and his team came the next day to fit a new one and replace the pre-existing pipework. Very friendly and did an excellent job at a very fair price. Will definitely be using Chad again and would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic service. I had a leaking bathroom sink and broken pipework. A quick email and fast response and the engineer arrived later in the day and replaced all the pipework. Very tidy and professional work. Highly recommended!

I needed a new boiler & Rapid Response put one in for me during the Christmas holidays & with just a couple of days notice. Everything was perfectly done & the boiler is excellent & very easy to use. Their quote was a little higher than another one but they could come quickly & so was happy to pay the extra. JP & Sagar were the installers & did a neat clean job. Their boss, Chandan was excellent in making sure that I was happy & assured me that whenever I needed their help, they were on hand - they are a family run business which I like as they are all working for the same goal. Just as an aside, I need a new fridge & JP & Sagar very kindly helped me to move it from a very tight spot & it took them quite some time which was a very kind gesture & not anything to do with installing a new boiler!
