Optimum heat did a very good boiler repair for me. They turned up on time on the same day and finished the work very efficiently and charged me a reasonable price. I will definitely be using there services again when needed.

Optima team were really brilliant they had a visit to our house and fixed our boiler. We had few engineers whom came and checked our boiler and given the negative feedback.We have lost all our hope and kind of decided to throw away the boiler and install a new one. We have found them from online and when we called these guys they came over straight away and got crack on with their work, haven’t said any single negative word.One of the team member called Fahim, he was really professional. Nice and fast service! The engineer fixed our boiler and it is working fine now. Not freezing to death this winter! I noticed that he overfilled my boiler after the repair, but he immediately came back to fix it within minutes after reporting.

This company were absolutely brilliant. They responded to my call extremely quickly and arranged an appointment during a very busy period when heating engineers were difficult to find.
