Great service! Norbert was easy to get hold of, responsive and quick. He was really helpful & managed to identify & fix the problem with our boiler without any drama, all on the same day. He’s definitely on my speed dial list now!

Norbert was very quick to respond, he came to our house and fixed both our gas fire and bath plumbing. We were incredibly impressed and he was far more reasonable than other quotes we had received. We will definitely be using Norbert again for all our plumbing work.

I reached out to Norbert soon after we’d moved into a new property and were having issues with the boiler and hot water, given the good reviews. He was responsive (even on a Saturday eve) and managed to squeeze in a visit between jobs at short notice. He really knows his stuff, takes time to communicate clearly so that the layman can understand, and ran through the various options available so we can make a decision as to next steps. Would recommend to anyone requiring plumbing/heating services in SW London.

You assessed the state of my boiler and as the property had been left unused the boiler was ruined. You were very helpful in explaining what the problem was and recommending the solution. I'm also really thrilled with the hive thermostat heating system. It's really easy to use and the app means I have total control over the heating. You worked really hard, were very professional and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend anyone who needs plumbing and heating help to choose Norbert.

I was really impressed with Norbert's service - He managed to save our boiler and charged a very fair price.
