We were very pleased to have Jamie Humble who is a full- time employee of Boiler Plan, representing UKA247, to undertake a very complex and difficult re-piping work on our large central heating system. The work was completed to an extremely high standard and very cleanly executed to our entire satisfaction. We are extremely particular about the quality, especially the finish, on any work undertaken in our home and Jamie fully met our exacting standards. We thank him for providing such a careful and considerate service.

Absolutely awful experience via Admiral insurance for a complete boiler breakdown. UKA call within the hour to comply with the Admiral contract but it is just to let you know they will send an appointment- waste of time. I got an appointment via text and accepted it but no engineer turned up. Rang Admiral to chase. UKA told Admiral they will ring me within 2/3 minutes. Waited 30 minutes. No call received. Ring Admiral back again to be told that UKA has said it can’t make the appointment as the UKA notification system wasn’t working and next appointment is tomorrow. If you get assigned UKA via Admiral, request a different contractor instead

Following negative experience with Dyno Plumbing a couple of times, it was refreshing to see that not all tradespersons are the same. The 2 gents that visited me were courteous, respectful, and quick to mitigate the issue.

Emergency engineer called out was rude and clearly hates his job. Luckily my neighbour had already stopped the leak or my house would have been flooded as they took 6 hours to arrive. Would not recommend.

Terrible, we booked an engineer to come stop a macerator from leaking everywhere, a couple of hours later he rang to say he was on his way. Once the word macerator was mentioned, oh no sorry I can't deal with them, even though we'd asked for someone when booking that they could, we've had problems in the past and know not everyone deals with them. Don't worry he said, I'll call the office and they'll sort you an engineer that can help, 48hrs later nobody has called. Gone elsewhere, don't waste your time.

Called out via Admiral Insurance. Boiler had lost pressure. Cameron arrived. Absolutely brilliant service, through out, got heating back on quickly and even went round to bleed radiators for me. Everybody I spoke too were fantastic and friendly. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely brilliant customer service, rung up late Friday night, spoke to someone about getting an engineer out to fix my mother's heating and gas service after moving into a new property, engineer turned up, sorted the issue and did a brilliant job, phenomenal work by the engineer and even better work by the call handler James Moreton. Brilliant job.

My insurance company used them to get a boiler engineer out, the boiler engineer was fine had to order parts, now 3 days later my emergency boiler repair is still ongoing phoned them and was told the engineer who came out last time was busy but they didn't want to send anyone else so I would have to wait another day until he's free. meaning no hot water or heating for 4 days.
