Fantastic service - showed up on time, friendly, professional, reasonably priced, talked me through all of the work, fixed the issue I was having, and gave good honest advice about other work that needs doing in my house. Will 100% have back for future jobs. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a good, honest plumber at a fair price.

Rob turned up exactly when we agreed, he quickly found the problem and explained everything clearly, said he would get the part and an hour later was fixed. Left everything clean and tidy and showed me the damaged part and explained why it was damaged and how the replacement wouldn’t get damaged in the same way. Very reasonable too!! Broke down the costs so I knew exactly what I was paying for! Would highly recommend this chirpy chappy!!!

Pointy is a rare breed... a trades person who is honest, fair, trustworthy, massively knowledgeable, and entirely determined to do everything the "right way". The downside, these traits mean he is a man in demand, but if you book him, he'll turn up when he tells you he will, and do a proper job.

Had a complete change from a 25 year old system boiler with hot water tank etc to a Baxi 36kw combi boiler. Also had TRVs fitted to upstairs radiators and Hive remote system installed. Top quality installation from a top quality guy. Super happy with the result. Why would you go anywhere else?

Pointy is a true old fashioned Gent. Spent two days in my house with a fellow plumber (Grandad) and installed the pipework required for two radiators, a 4 by 6 metre underflooring area with manifold and a new sink / dishwasher. VERY impressed with quality. I then discovered a gas leak 3 days later and spoke with Pointy who drove over (from an hour away at 6 pm.) The leak was diagnosed as a faulty anaconda tube (the bit that connects the house gas supply to the meter) Pointy phoned up the gas folks and 'Cadent' arrived 30 minutes later and fixed it.
