Roy really does have a problem with anger management, I certainly wouldn’t trust him in your house especially the elderly or children.
He is dangerous and when the red mist descends I certainly wouldn’t want to be in the room with him. Do not use this unpredictable man....anything cold happen

Roy replaced our boiler today, he knows what he is doing, has the experience and does a good tidy job. He was pleasant and polite.

I called this place to ask for Boiler service as I'm having some issue with my thermostat, I told this will be related to the Boiler service... but when he told me the next appointment was couple of weeks ahead I asked if he don't have anything before because my thermostat was not working properly... He becomes so nervous telling me this is not a service this is a fault, so you have call and say you have a fault. I did know that .. so He also told me this is annoying, people trying to be clever snd get job done for £30 . I told him I'm not asking for a favour I know I need to pay, Im not looking to get nothing for free. I just did know the Boiler service doesn't identify any possible fault, and the man who does the service cannot repair minor faults too. And was just my thermostat no working properly I felt miserable after that bloody call today.
I found another place where the people were polite and explained to me how this working. Good experience fir the first time .
