Terry was available by phone to take details of the work I wanted doing, which was very date specific. He confirmed by both text and email, and sent a further text on the day. He was on time, efficient and personable. He gave me some good advice, and I was very happy with his work. I will use his services again, and would thoroughly recommend him.

Called Terry when our boiler needed servicing. Had read his good reviews on here and they lived up to expectation. A really knowledgeable guy, very pleasant and punctual. Would highly recommend Terry to anyone.

Very happy with the boiler and radiator service Terry did today (his Platinum boiler service). It is the first time we have used Terry but we were impressed by how thorough Terry was and how helpful he was. He spent neary 2 hours doing the whole service because he was so thorough which made us feel that our boiler and radiators were properly serviced. The whole booking service on his website is easy to use and it is simple to book an appointment at your convenience. Terry was prompt, very positive about his work and he insisted we call him without hesitation should we have any questions or problems - we haven't but nice to know that he is easily contactable.
Overall, a very fair price for an excellent job, would definitely recommend Terry and we will definitely use Terry again for future plumbing jobs as well as our annual boiler service.

Terry has done a number of jobs for us, installing and servicing our new boiler, fixing leaks for my dad and new taps for my mother-in-law. Whether the job is big or small, Terry always treats it with the same professional and helpful attitude. He knows his stuff and is a great plumber/heating engineer to have on your side. I would recommend him without hesitation.

First time calling Terry; he was doing a job nearby and was here within the hour to fit a new diverter valve motor. Excellent service and good advice on other heating matters. Nice man who knows his stuff but happy to recommend others with more specialist knowledge about particular boiler types.
