One Call for Plumbing Heating and Gas

I’ve owned my own home for over 29 years and I’ve just seen how a boiler is properly serviced. Mike literally stripped it down, cleaned it then put it back together. I’ve had boilers serviced every year and have never seen this done. Mike also told us our water cylinder needed a service as can cause huge problems if they’re not. No one had ever told us this. Out of curiosity I called our insurance company. In brief if the cylinder had exploded and had not been serviced the insurance company wouldn’t pay out! They also said what the others had called a service was in reality a safety check. Unless the boiler is stripped down as Mike did it is not a service. They said some engineers also cover themselves by putting SC next to their signature in your service history book as if anything goes wrong they say you asked for a Safety Check! I’ll never go to anyone else now. Mike knows his stuff and is as lovely as his knowledgeable. Thanks for everything.

Came home from a few days away to a non working boiler, house freezing, Mike had finished for the day but said he'd pop round and take a look within an hour which he did and fixed the fault there and then . Cannot recommend highly enough explained all he was doing to check and fix the boiler with cost involved which was very reasonable .

Michael Naughton our gas engineer was fab! So friendly, down-to-earth, efficient and thorough. He identified the issue, and came back later that day to fit the part we had sourced.

We were relieved to have this issue sorted and felt reassured that everything was done correctly, which is so important when dealing with boilers!
