I must have called them about five times and every time they came as soon as they could and got the boiler to work. They were so pleasant and helpful. My elderly parent’s boiler broke last week so I called Westward and the lovely lady on the phone managed to send an engineer out the same day! Was a very reasonable price and the engineer wore full PPE so my parents felt very safe. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

We had a leak in our boiler and within half an hour we had an engineer call out to our home a Mr Conway isolated the situation asap and couldn't do enough for us, we have had other companies call out in the past but Mr Conway went above and beyond, an absolutely great engineer and should be highly praised for his work professionalism by your company, and just a great person in general I hope Westward I will show him this review as people like this should be praised for the great workmanship, we need more professionals like this in the industry, thanks again to Mr Conway and Westward energy services

Very bad experiencei had an engineer come out on a emergency and the attitude was appalling my boiler still not fixed keeps flashing reset every Hour and the boiler sounds like a kettle boiling away and that's when I ring up speak to lady at around 21hrs last night and her attitude was just keep pressing the reset button that way it don't become a emergency as I have hot water and heating that cuts out after 1hour because the boiler knows there is a fault and the lady wouldn't call an engineer out always remember the people on the phone aren't gas engineer and they should listen to the people as we are telling them there's a fault somewhere they should bring back Colin laver a much better service

We had used this company for a few years now and have the platinum cover. I honestly cannot say how glad we are that we have this cover they have been an absolute godsend especially when our heating and water packed in during the really cold spell in January. Every employee I have spoken to or have called at the house have been both friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company and the platinum cover to anyone. Keep up the good work guys! If only every company was like you!

Great experience with Westward Energy. Engineers in PPE and felt very safe, they installed our new worcester bosch boiler at a very competitive price. Arrived in good time with lovely service and good end result. Definitely recommend.

Avoid avoid avoid at all cost do not let this company or anyone working for them into your home. Make sure you watch there every move. I was having my bathroom renovated and at the same time my boiler broke down, due to me working I trusted this company to enter my house whilst I wasn’t at home to do the necessary repair work. I didn’t authorise them to go into any other room apart from the bathroom so that they could do the necessary repairs. Upon finding out my hover wasn’t working due to it being used to suck water up and white powder blocking the hover and stopping or sucking. I happened to check my CCTV and to my surprise found the worker helping himself to my tea, coffee sugar then looking in my cupboards, fridge looking for stuff. I wonder what other rooms of my house he went into without my permission and what else was taking without my knowledge. I have full CCTV footage of this and haven’t seen a copy of there risk assessment or method statement to see where westwards authorise them to work. I wish I could post the video for everyone to see the worker doesn’t wash his hands and he opens all the draws, cupboards touching everything and not caring about COVID19 laws or regulations at all. What training is this company giving there apprentices and trainees. My advice to everyone is please avoid this company at all costs or stay in the room watching there ever move do not trust this company under any circumstances
