Matt recently has replaced our bath with a shower unit and has done a lovely job. Him and David are meticulous, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.
Above all Matt attended when he said he would for a quote and offered good advice. He gave us a date and finished the job on time.
We are pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Matt has installed a new boiler and upgraded our whole system heating, Fitted 2 new bathrooms and serviced our boiler for the last 9 years. He is the best heating engineer we have ever used, reliable and good value. Quite outstanding

Matt and James worked brilliantly and efficiently the whole time they were here replacing out oil boiler and tank. They were friendly and just got on with what they needed to do. The job they did was not easy in my house and required a lot of extra 'bits' to be done. They consistently went above and beyond and still came in bang on the quote. Would highly recommend and will definitley be using Matts services for years to come.

Massive thank you to Matt/Proheat for our stunning bathroom installation (again)! I knew after the amazing job he did the first time many many years ago I wanted him to do our refit! He is honest, reliable and his attention to detail is impeccable. His communication is spot on and he always turns up when he says he will. He is happy to talk through your ideas and guide you on whether it would work and sizes etc so that collaboratively the result is exactly what you envisaged (if not better). As we only have 1 WC in the house Matt made sure that the work was done so that we could still go about our day to day life without moving out and the turn around was very efficient and well organised even when he came across rotten floorboards; he was proactive and sorted them out for us. We are thrilled with how the bathroom looks and we can't thank Matt/Proheat enough for their incredible craftsmanship. We would highly recommend 👌

Very impressed with Proheat. Our boiler stopped working & after seeing the great reviews I contacted Matt. He’s a great guy & truly genuine. Matt located the problem & gave us the options of repair or to have a new boiler & the price of both options. As our boiler was old we decided to have a new boiler installed. When the work was done we were extremely pleased & Matt cleared up after the work & went through the workings of the boiler control panel. Proheat also offer a interest free loan to cover the cost.

We recently contacted Pro Heat to install a new boiler for us as our boiler was very old and had seen better days. The process was smooth and although the boiler was located in a tricky area of the home this wasn’t a problem at all. Matt arrived at our property very prompt and worked solid for near 12 hours to ensure that he left with everything up and running. Couldn’t fault his work ethic! Would highly recommend!
