I seldom leave review but this is unprecedented. I use this company for HIU maintenance, they didn't show up for the first appointment leaving me waiting for hours without any response or follow up. The excuse was that their engineer called in sick without letting the office know. I gave them a second chance, but they didn't show up as arranged again. Rather than accepting responsibility, they subject you to a petty circular argument and asked the engineer who showed up late to leave his job abruptly, and the excuse was that they presume I won't pay up. You employ maintenance service to give you peace of mind, not insidious problems and petty arguments when responsibility is avoided. Mortifying experience.

Was recommended by a friend and was really happy with everything. Initial contact was made promptly, turned up when they said they was going to (nearly unheard of these days!). My quite seemed fair and competitive. Had the job done and everything in working order. Would recommend and use again.
