Straight from the start this company has been very patient and willing to do what ever it take in order to get the job done in a professional manner. All members of staff was very helpful and friendly.

I originally spoke with Divyesh Chotai who is the Owner of The DC Group and he organised that the job to resolve the issues in my bathroom. It was of high quality finish. I was very happy & would highly recommend!

The Only choice of gas safe engineers in north London for me, I called a few other companies but chose the DC group purely based on the initial phone call, first impressions were great with their knowledge of new boiler installation for one of my rental properties and a power flush for another. When I got the quote 30 mins later - I was surprised to say the least, 30% cheaper than the quotes received from the other companies. Both jobs are complete and I am a customer for life now.

Excellent job. I am delighted of the perfect job done which shows he is familiar with the boiler design details and is an expert in identifying the cause of the drop in water pressure of the water boiler and also in repairing the fault pretty quickly.

I used DC group to run the first fix for a loft conversion, connecting to an existing system which was old. Had about four different plumbers come to evaluate the situation however most were unwilling to take on the task. The approach taken by this company was very methodical and gave me confidence that it will be an installation that will last a long time. Was kept informed of all the work along the way and will most definitely be using them for the second stage of my extension

The DC group have been out to our boiler a couple of times now - arranged by our boiler insurance provider. The engineer has been polite and helpful - doing his best to get the repair complete there and then. When a part has needed to be ordered the office have kept us informed and they completed the repair shortly after getting the part, even coming at 8pm to stick to their commitment to get it done on the specified day.

Divyesh was prompt, courteous and professional, resolving my issue with the boiler quickly and offering some tips on heating proficiency. He also fixed a faulty radiator for me and showed me how to use a rather complicated timer system. 10/10 would recommend!

Found these chaps to be highly efficient and reliable. Even took the time to explain to my mother how to save energy in the way she uses the boiler. Highly recommend!
