I would like to praise your staff that worked the evening shift at the Market Harborough SFC on 13.09.2016. In particular the attentive, raven haired, female assistant who served me. She was very quick in helping me to resolve my dilemma, whilst the Wild Bean Coffee Machine was being replenished around 10pm. I'd also like to thank her for her patience as I fumbled through my wallet to find that frustratingly evasive Nectar Card!, and for boosting my evening with her positive spirit. Keep up the great work. She's a genuine asset to your staff.

Nothing short of a criminal act from your staff against the very vulnerable people we have a duty to look out for. It’s not the amount of money that was taken and swapped for old pound coins that are no longer legal tender but the fact that your staff member tried to steal two pound coins from my brother in law and give him two slugs of worthless change then refuse to serve him. My brother in law has the mental capacity as a six year old but is in fact 55 years old and this in no way diminishes his rights to be treated with respect and not be mistreated then told he cannot be served. This may be a small issue to the staff member in question but her name will eventually be obtained and named & shamed on social media as as well as making a complaint to the local police station. I have also sent a copy of this to groups that are poised to protect the freedom and rights of disabled people from scumbags and business like yours. You employ them but you also share the shame they bring to your business.

No ordinary diesel and when asked why just commented don't start ! and never spoke another word after that.
Couldn't be bothered despite being the only one at the station, and was asking a perfectly civil question. Only use it when I have to, overpriced by comparison with most in the area.

Helpful staff. Always appreciate having M&S shopping choices without having to go out of my way to find them.

Bought 2 cold drinks yesterday (24th june) and noticed on my bank statement that i have been charged £74.22!!!!! - tried ringing several times but no-one answers the phone - please contact me

Good service, went in to use toilets only to find them blocked up, mentioned to a staff member and he said go and get yourself a free cup of coffee and come back in 2 minutes and we'll have it unblocked and cleaned for you, and he did.

How poor are these services. I had to give one star because you can’t give zero!!!
I’ve been twice in a week, the Wild bean coffee is tepid at best and the toilets are not accessible. Very poor, can’t believe BP and M&S would find this acceptable to the standards they normally achieve..

Toilets were not available to use, it’s classed as a ‘Services’ according to the road signs yet does not allow the basic services. I feel it’s unacceptable that they will take your money for fuel, food and refreshments but not allow the use of their toilets.
I’ve seen so many small services claiming their toilets are out of order, when it’s more than likely they don’t want to maintain the upkeep and COVID safe practices.
