Not provide Toilets for cusfomers! Very bad
Joke... All petrol stations habe to provide toilets fof customers by Law

The attendant said a colleagues fuel card had
been declined and wrongly told him he had to
make payment before leaving.
When I arrived over 1 hour later to make payment I asked why the
attendant had not issued an "inability to pay
form? This would've allowed my colleague to
return within a few days to complete payment. Or
why the attendant had not tried to swipe my
colleagues card? as chip and pin fuel cards do not
always work at Shell petrol stations unless swiped. The attendant said his boss does not like issuing "inability to pay" forms ??? and said he knew he could've swiped the fuel card but didn't attempt to do so.???
It transpired my colleagues fuel card had
not been declined it just didn't work in the chip and
pin machine and worked perfectly well when
swiped, at which point the payment was fulfilled.
I work for a very large, well known company which
provides an essential service throughout the north
west region. My colleague was working in the
evening responding to emergency work. The
attendant knew my company would've honoured
any unpaid fuel bill without hesitation completely.
Both my colleagues time, my time, and also my
company's time had been wasted due to the fact
the attendant completely misinformed my colleague and could not be bothered carrying out
his duty. He seemed more interested in hindering rather than helping my colleague in any way. A
completely unprofessional, lazy attitude was
shown by the attendant for reasons known only to himself. My advice would be don’t bother going here when Tesco is just around the corner…

Good fuel pump and great service by staff however much more for actually fuel than nearby fuel stations - found this out after filling up.

Place is ok but fuel price is too high compare to other fuel stations

I give one star to write this otherwise this pupil deserves nothing at all.customer service staff is highly un professional rude grumpy arrogant bad attitude not given attention to costumers at all no hi hello please thanks alwys on the phone and serving the costumers they behaviour is like they don't care about customer at all costumers need them they don't need a costumers.they wont us to go and give them business and take there bad rude grumpy arrogant attitude back. One of there rudewarrogant staff let me no choice but to write this I went there around 8pm to fill my car up I lift the fuel nozzle up and wait for a 5min minutes pump is not on so I look towards till and no budy there i have to fuw more minutes still no one there then I have to call them very loud then staff come out from side room near the till.i had to wait outside in cold weather cus he is on the phone .After feeling up I went in to pay he was still on phone his phone is in side room on lond speakers and talking and serving me i am syour his language his talking in is one of this tamil. kannada or malayalam then I ask him is this good good for your business up talking on the phone not giving attention to costumers so he started arguing with me in min time one more costumer walk in he still arguing with me so I ask him can speak to your manager so he show me the way out pointing towards the and told door with his had and told me go and refuse to call his manager he told me in his broken English morning come manager talking is this some kind of joke.how ridiculous is this behaviour with this kind of behaviour costumers will go way they will syourly lose business and regular customer. this is the last time I went there i am nevar ever gona use this station agin I am syour there is maney more costumer stops going this station befor me and hopefully after me cus this not acceptable at at any point 😡👎

Rude, abnoxious, arrogant and terrible customer service.... refused to let me use the toilet when on the shell website it says they have an active toilet. He then REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY RECEIPT!! I have never experienced such bad service at a shell station!!

I was informed online that this station was able to refill propane bottles. It doesn't. They do sell propane bottles. I feel like I've been cond into going there. What a waste.
