Been a customer for ever nothing bad to say.

Poor customer service. Lack of paper towels and gloves by fuel pumps for customer use. I will no longer use this petrol station due to their unfortunate and blatant reluctance to replenish these basic items.

Shocking customer service!! Staff incredibly rude and unhelpful. I’ve got most unpleasant experience on 21st March trying to fill my car. No sign suggesting I have to pay up front in cash inside… spend few minutes trying pump no one help or ask me to come in before filing just blankly staring at me. Then I come in staff member Raj greet me with: What? can’t you read!?? Pay cash!! Now! Or no fuel..
I accidentally overfill 32 pence due to very unstable pump. Staff member start filming my car and to threaten to call police if I not immediately pay 32 pence Give me money or I call police!! I was absolutely in shock to be humiliated like that!!
I would not recommend this station unless you want to be accused of run off not paying 32 pence!!

Run down, ok prices, Amazon locker, unreliable car wash. Nothing special, but I use it occassianaly to wash my car as other car washes are far away. Do not drive across London to visit.

Iv noticed even tho we think it’s cheap it’s actually a CON!! I put in £30 and only getting 1 bar but everywhere else I get half a tank. Your better of going BP or Sainsburys in Enfield is the best one and their Petrol lasts. They are definitely stopping or giving less fuel here and they shouldn’t be getting away with it I thought once was maybe an accident but one too many times.. Such a con won’t be coming here again there’s 4 others near me this being the cheapest but the worse!! Even the car wash basic used to be £1.99 now it’s like £6/7.99 doesn’t even clean properly!! £10 would give what I got for £30 such a CON!!!

BEWARE OF THIS BRANCH, THEY ARE THIEFS!

Today I had to fill a 5 litre Jerry can to use on a worksite generator. I could not believe my eyes when the pump said £1.45 and not a single drop of fuel was in my can. Clearly these pumps have been tampered with to make profit. They are literally charging us to put air in our tanks.

On top of this, the cashier, the one with half his teeth missing, is extremely rude and unhygienic. He refused to accept the problem and then began spluttering and cursing all whilst drool was falling out of his mouth. Definitely the most disgusting human being I've encountered.

I've never had this issue with other applegreens, but this branch is below any standards. Will be reporting to the local council.

Only one man serving for petrol and shop accessories but he copes brilliantly and also have a car wash that i can wash my car as there are less of those now days

Fuel price are normally low but as it was previously roughly the same as Tesco’s or other cheap brand,
Most of times could of internal pump are out of service and it’s not acceptable
