Fantastic store with lovely staff available to serve you. There is subway inside the petrol station. The owner of the petrol station is down to earth, such a nice gentleman and always available to help the customers.

I went in this garage to get my morning coffee's and both of the costa machines were off with paper on them saying sorry out of order and when i asked the person behind the till what is wrong with the machines all he could say was i do not know. This is not the first time this has happened on many occasions it has been like this and they all say the same thing. I think all your employees need to be shown how to clean the machines properly and also you need to employ more people because 1 person working in this garage in the mornings and sometimes for the whole day is not good enough you need someone who can sort the coffee machines out whilst there is still someone on the till because if the coffee machine runs out of something you are waiting for someone to come and sort the machine out and when they do a que appears at the till so then you have to wait again for them to serve the people waiting at the till. SINCE this garage has been brought from the previous owner there has only been 1 person working here in the mornings which is not right there should never be only 1 person working. You need to sort your staffing out as this is not good for business as you will start getting alot of complaints and bad reviews.

Not sure about the fuel quality. The pumps look ancient and no way to pay at pump. I would avoid this Shell station unless I have 0 fuel left.

Overcharging for Diesel. This place seems to be more expensive than other shell garages. Will not be using anymore.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Petrol station has convenience store , air and screen wash, amazon collection point, electricity charge for electric cars , and also a subway. It's never really busy which is also good

I've ordered subway from them and it's really nice.

A nice filling station. With mini Budgens for your daily shopping. Theres also a subway and a self service Costa coffee. It's a small place but seems to have everything you need. The pumps have disposable gloves and tissues so you can refuel without getting your hands dirty.

The filing station also has an Amazon locker, air and water (chargeable) and and EV charging station poweres by Genie Point.

The service from the staff was very good when I visited. Would have got a 5 star if it had a restroom and if the exit was a little easier out of the station.

i have received a PCN from the friendly eurocarparks after i have tried to post a package and have bought petrol at this station back in September. Apparently i have stayed there for 35 min and overstayed by ??. The pictures of the reg number plates are completely dark and unreadable. @Shell, MFG: Honestly is this how you make money now? Will def avoid this petrol station as well as all Shell stations and their MFG friends and will go to BP or Tesco next time. To everyone who is queuing now for petrol be aware eurocarparks scammers are waiting for you! Good luck!
