went in this morning asked for a pouch of tobacco and was charged £5 for a 10 gram pouch which i though was expensive then realised the cashier hadnt put it through the till and saw him actually pocket the £5 i gave him!! when asked for a receipt he refused and served the next customer!!! thief pure and simple!!

Filled up with v-power petrol and was charged £1.479 per litre which after checking elsewhere, is 8p per litre more than Farnborough Road Shell. I will not be returning to this garage.

Drove past this morning still 189.9, which it was pre 6pm last night. Seems Shell are helping themselves to the 5p reduction Sunak announced. To put that into context, the Tesco fuel station (1/2 mile away) is 172.9 ... complete total and utter price gouging by Shell, I will NEVER shop in Shell again.

Exactly the response I expected, well they are giving your company a bad name then. You've one lost customer here. I spoke to some folk at work today, out of 20 or so people 1 had bought petrol there in the past 6 months, we all live within 2 miles of that petrol station. Speaks volumes to me.

I asked for a car wash ticket at the till and the guy can’t sell it because of the cold temperature. He insisted that he can’t put a sign or cones and there is a guy behind me waiting at the wash point asking the same. No common sense, lazy bas..rd.

Good location to fill up the car before we go on M4.

You can fill your calor gas bottles as well and jets wash or pump whels with some air.

Queued for 50-55 minutes today. No problem as the tanker was filling the tanks. Then once the garage opened after the tanker left, some guy rocks up in a beat up brown B-Max, parked on the road with hazards on, walks into the station then jumps the ENTIRE queue (25+ cars). The attendance must have been aware as he "armed" the pump. Disgusting behaviour, looking after your mates when we're all queing is bang out of order.

If I could put zero stars I would. The brush was broken on car wash he came out to try and fix and because I was in a white van he said I broke it DO NOT USE THIS RIP OFF GARAGE PAID FOR A CAR WASH AND THEY KNEW BRISH WAS BROKEN AS HE COULDNT EVEN GET RHE HEAD TO TEIST BACK ON AND THEN SAINDI BROKE IT BECAUSE I IUSED IT WRONG

Very well organised and easy to grab the things mainly for early morning shift drivers and they provide meal deal offers which are affordable .....and every staff in the shell are friendly & helpful
