Extremely bad-tempered night attendant who was keeping customers wanting to buy petrol.waiting whilst sweeping the floor. Also claimed they didn't sell cigarettes when there were several cupboards directly behind him then got irate and shouted because one was expected to know when to present a card for payment of the same without him having asked even though he was several metres away and had his back turned to the customer!! Two stars rather than one given because in mitigation this difficulty was partly a result of the extremely bad positioning of the night window in relation to the till and he may well have been frustrated at customers not being able to hear him due to the lack of an intercom, but his behaviour was rude and totally unjustifiable nevertheless.

Convenient location for a quick stop. Its is a small location and therefore does not have a large range of snack options. The location has limited space, and is very close to a Nissan Dealership, so when it is busy, it can take a little time to be able to get out. There are multiple stores nearby including a Tesco Extra Supermarket. Friendly and helpful staff.

My usual fuel stop. Daytime staff are friendly and stocks are good. One bad thing is the insane oil prices. 2 litres of Shell Helix 5W30 is over £40. I can buy 5 litres of Mobil 1 5W30for less than £40.

Revolting. I was driving to London in the middle of the night, just wanted to get some drinks for the road. Staff member came and just rudely told me that the shop is closed and just walked away. How can u be closed when you are a 24H service??? Absolutely ridiculous. If you don't want to do night shift then don't do them it's that simple.

Terrible customer service. Creepy towards women that are alone.

I've been going here for the last 10 years. I always stop early morning for fuel and to grab a coffee. Now they won't open the doors until 5:30 on weekends. Staff are rude. Stay clear and spend elsewhere. What is the difference between weekdays and weekends?

Customer service is abysmal, the assistant kept me standing for 20 mins while he chatted out the back then came back to refill the coffee machine. The shop wasn't even open, rude and useless.

WATCH OUT, SCAMMERS

They tried to rip me off for £19 of Adblue I didn't have, my car's petrol. Were really defensive and rude about it when I returned for a refund.
