Every time I've used this station I've been served by the most rude member of staff who ignores and doesn't reply to me, refuses to serve me until I remove my motorbike helmet (although I've already filled my tank and card in hand ready to pay) today I was asked to remove my motorbike helmet AFTER I had paid for my fuel, when I asked why as I've paid he laughed at me.

Very very rude!!! Really unhelpful and extremely rude staff! Services listed on the site which apparently aren't available and the man I spoke to about this was so rude. No acknowledgement when walking into the shop after saying good morning to staff and even worse attitude at the counter! What a waste of my time, steer clear of this shop if possible! Would give 0 stars if possible.

They are the first to increase the cost of fuel.when the driver shortage was on they were the first to increase the cost of fuel .now trouble in Ukraine and yes they are the first to increase fuel cost .Don't go there to fill up go to Tesco or Asda .

Recently this garage name has changed from BP to Esso, As soon As the brand changed the price of their fuel has dropped by few penny.

The store inside is very clean and shelves very well organised. Even the toilet is very clean. Staffs are very friendly and always smiles on their face and vey welcoming.

I popped in to put air into my tyre's, I asked if there would be anyone able to help me , a gentleman called Michael was so happy to help me ,he explained to me how to use the machine and was very kind ,I found him to be so good with customer care , I'm greatful and believe he deserves a mention,such a great service.

24 hour filling station small shop Costa machine and very clean toilet facilities with ample parking, you really can't ask for much more from this type of establishment. Top marks

Very rude staff had to pay for fuel in cash and was told there was no change but somehow the very rude cashier after muttering in his breath found the change and pretty much just dropped it all in my hands, I would think about looking into getting rid of such a rude individual if I was the manager, I won't use this place again
