Rude lady behind the till demanded I pay twice for petrol, saying that a card payment had been declined after getting me to sign the receipt for the completed transaction before discarding this receipt. Payed with cash and she didn't give me a receipt for that either. I should have refused but felt so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave. Completely ripped off and will not be returning. Go somewhere else is my advice.

It was ok but I don't think there was any shampoo in the carwash. Even though I asked in the shop about when it was topped up. Looked cleaner. Didn't wash my car very well. I also couldn't be bothered to tell them. (Again)

Despite huge queue for fuel due to shortages elsewhere, and some tetchy customers, the staff handled difficult situations gracefully and politely, and served quickly and efficiently.

The cashier male he don't know how to speek he is too weird and first I go there so he said I am on break come after 15 min and. After 5 min he call me and when I reach there so he said I don't want to give you service. That's why I said I am on my break I also ask him I make compline about you so he said do what ever you want to do and when I am living he is making my video in his phone it's totally harassing. So I just left. The male cashier is look like bold head.

No plastic gloves and no way to use toilet because is very dirty

Spillt fuel by pump three, told lady behind cash desk. And all I got was a look to say. What do you want me to do about it.

Won't use this place again.

Probably the worst run shell filling station I've ever had the misfortune to use.
Staff are rude, the amount of times I've been short changed by the woman @ the till by paying cash. We haven't got any change they say (usually 50p). The Costa coffee machines hardly ever have any brown sugar. The machines are not kept clean and coffees not taken left lying around the machine stations. I've had out of date tea cakes from the shop part that were rock hard.
One of the night shift staff who mans the window is breaking the rules by using his own shell app & scanning all fuel sales to his own card on his phone for the people not producing a shell card themselves. I think that's all ? Oh, and the amount of times the forecourt is shut for maintenance etc.

Air and water out of order for ages. Poor
