Harvest Service Station

Live nearby, sometimes come here for emergencies when I've been a bit silly and have a near empty tank. Owner has tried to overcharge me twice. First time I corrected him and gave benefit of the doubt, I had a few items. Second time I believe he actively tried to rip me off, I corrected him and then wondered how he made the error, I only purchased fuel. Avoid. Expensive too.

I been to the Shop, basically they got everything....its much more better than ever. i am for sure that its equal to supermarket. recommended. Fuel Station with Convenience Store selling BWS, Cigarettes/tobacco products, Drinks, Chocolates, Biscuits, Morning goods, Groceries, Frozen, Crisps, Medicines, Fresh food inc Sandwiches, chilled products, Costa Coffee and National Lottery

Came in for fuel only and end up in doing my full shopping very clean and tidy place with nice staffs and lots of new item then before. It’s look like this shop in under new management because if you can’t find an item they asking our opinion and next day that item is on the shelf it’s saves my fuel to drive to the town. I luv this shop

I have used this garage many times and have to say at first all was good but lately I have had nothing but rudeness every time I go in there. I’m made to feel extremely unwelcome by two of the members of staff there!! I have walked out twice returning what I was going to buy to the shelf it has been that bad!! ( one member of staff I would like to point out is still polite and nice) if you want to feel like your scum and that your money and custom is not wanted then hurry down to the harvest garage on icknield way letchworth!!

The person who is working there today is so unbelievably rude. The pump wasnt pumping out any diesel so I went in to tell him and he started shouting at me, I went and tried again and it worked. Went in to pay and he was shouting and screaming at me being so rude as he said I was lying that pump didnt work and owe £3.61.
I told him I wanted to speak to his manager, he called him and told him what happened to which the manager said to take off the £3.61. I asked for an apology at the way he was shouting at me to which I got shouted at it what was my fault!!
Absolutely disgusting service!!

Nearly always one of the cheapest places to get petrol. The shop is well stocked and staff are polite and helpful.

Old style place, staff friendly and fuel competitive.

I visit this place often, the staff are really nice, good selection of things you might need in the shop, and we’ll priced too. But the fuel is always the cheapest in letchworth.
