Sensible prices for fuel and a well stocked convenience store for those essential groceries.

Very handy and full of essentials but it's roughly 8p a ltr more than Asda and 6p a ltr more than Shell on Lound road which is about a mile away. Guess you pay for convenience.

Always have really good service at Shell fuel stations with service attendants available and easy pay facilities.

£2.30 for a 500ml plastic bottle of Coca Cola. All other prices similarly ridiculous. Not just premium station/small service prices, it's extortionate.

It is a very nice modern building, everything is well laid out. There is plenty of choice for sale here. The building is also very clean and tidy. The staff who work here are very polite and professional and do there job very well indeed.

There was a young lad serving me behind the till, he looked like a new starter (which is understandable) and he had absolutley no idea how to use my fuel card.
He then went to another colleague behind the till to help him, who happened to be on his personal mobile phone. I asked him politley if he could serve me instead, and then he just looked at me and walked off, leaving the poor young lad still unsure on what to do!
Absolutley terrible customer service, and the ignorance of the staff member was appauling!
Im not in any way blaming the young lad as he was unsure on what to do, but the other colleague needs to put his phone down and concentrate on his customer service skills!
Surely using your personal mobile phone behind the counter of a shop is not allowed shell?

Here work the most lazy people in the world. 1 time arrive at 10.59. Before to open me a the door, the indian guy, have wait 2 minutes, then checked is watch told " Sorry it is 11.01, we are close". Yes but i was in front of door at 10.59 and it was already close. Then another day, On the door wrote " Onlycash" , i tought ok,next to then thete is cash machine. I stop my car and guess ? On cash machine, they own that, was wrote " Sorry is not working" . The guy inside do everything to push out the guests, i never see this in my life, all the time on phone, talk with phone also in front of guests. Shocking !!
