1st time I've been here, staff very friendly, polite and informative (young Red haired lady) shower room clean.. could do with more HGV parking spaces tho... fills up early.. but apart from that very impressed with facilities... if only more garages had the same quality staff etc it would be great...

Unleaded price 1.16 on large illuminated board at 17.30 hrs on 04/04/22, when actually was 1.78 at pump. Very misleading.

The chap that looks after this area is no 1 , keeps the place litter free that's why it's not a shot hole , she'll staff friendly smile tip top

Great place to stop for fuel and a little break, good choices of food and drinks. Staff polite.
Warning. Don't park in the IBIS car park, we got a £60 fine for 30 mins. We didn't notice a sign.

This is not little waitrose as it says but Shell and their own very high prices. Things are never as they seem Go To sHELL

Hgv parking for about 15. Don't expect a shower for your parking money as they are always out of order. Choices for food is only KFC.
People wonder why there is a shortage of lorry driver's.

Shower room is constantly out of order. There are Lorry Drivers from East Europe(ca 30 hr driving),who sleep on the Shell car par for 2 nights without access to the shower room. No wonder, that the lorry drivers are not happy to come to England from abroad because of poor facilities service.

Rude staff who feel they should go wandering off out of your view with your fuel card, a card thats not pin controlled and easy to steal from. Something which the card issuer advises against!
They then get upset when you raise your voice as your wearing a mask and they are 10m away!
People like this should NOT be in customer service positions
