If You are Shell app user and want earn points . Don’t bother , old fashion process , no points and rewards . This is another Shell which does not do rewards . Avoid !!! Another lost customer ladies .

So, this is now a Waitrose shop / Shell Petrol Station, open from 0500 til midnight!

I've just called in for the 1st time (0820 Sat morning).

I had a fresh Almond Croissant (£1) + Regular Latte (£2.40).

Good Points:
Lovely new fresh, clean shop with smart & polite staff. Fresh bakery / produce. New Costa machines (2).

Bad Points:
Only one I could see, nowhere to lock a bike (not everyone goes to a petrol station in a car)!... Cos it's a shop as well!

Overall - Impressed 👍😁

Not suitable for low cars! Factory m sport BMW and the exit meets road in a sharp angle that takes you to scrape town. Really disappointed and will avoid to not to damage my car.

Do not use this Shell garage if you're in a company vehicle.

They have to phone up to authorise Shell cards and it takes ages.

Good shop though.

If you don't mind the overt prejudice, rude staff and sense of entitlement... In response to your comment I did fill in the complaint form on your website when the incident happened and received no response! I then filled in a second form no response..

WHY DONT THEY HAVE THE PAY AT THE PUMP FEAUTURE IN PLACE SO THAT WE DONT HAVE TO QUEUE INSIDE(ESP IN THIS PANDEMIC TIME) NO BRAINER REALLY!! GET IT SYNC WITH THE SHELL APP
