Pay at pump option on all pumps, free air for tyres (although this is pot luck as to whether it's working or not!). Does get pretty busy at times during the day. Good prices on fuel.

Get my fuel here but its getting costly . Has a selection of food products available as Well as beers and wines.
Obligatory coffee vending machine which in my opinion slows the clearing of pumps while drivers having filled up their car get a coffee.
Some of the pumps are temperamental keep clicking off staff told but can only pass the info on its not their fault. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Always friendly staff. Pay @ pump very handy, I wish more people would use it! The prices are competitive on fuels. Main issue for the petrol station is that the carwash is often broken.

I am utterly disgusted by the staff and sainsburys attitude this evening at the petrol station at the fareham store

The elderly 78 year old gentleman in front of me at the tyre machine had a valve snap off when he was inflating his tyres so as a mechanic I offered to help him change his flat wheel

When we found there was no locking wheelnut key in the car the staff in the petrol garage did not try to help him

All they said was we have a petrol tanker turning up in ten minutes and that car and yours must move now, I reminded them especially the male working there that the word please and manners count for a lot

I was met with you must move both cars now or else and the manager will be sent to move them, I politely told them the valve has snapped off this elderly gentlemans car and it can not be moved without damaging the alloy wheel

I was just trying to help but I am utterly disgusted with the fareham sainburys petrol station staff at 5.30pm last night tuesday 11-6-2019 and their completely unhelpful attitude when the car can move nowhere until it is recovered

Please sainsburys fareham retrain your staff at the petrol garage to realise a broken down car is something they should try to help rather than being obnoxious, obstructive and very patronising

The petrol tanker is far more important to them than this elderly gentleman who needed theit help when they told him to drive it away, I tried explaining the wheel was totally flat, the alloy wheel would be damaged if you drive it a couple of metres

Please mr sainsburys manager give me a polite response to how you helped this elderly gentleman when I was disgusted by the petrol stations staff, especially the male gentleman working there who should be removed to the back of the warehouse rather than not trying to help someone in need of help as he has no manners or skills whatsoever from this experience, your front of house staff should have at least basic social skills and manners rather than appearing to be company computer says no robots

I am disgusted with the fareham sainsburys petrol station staff tonight

The petrol tanker turning up is far more important than any customers, it is a sad day when this attitude is seen, at least when you go to other supermarkets, if you break down in their car park they help, this chaps phone had gone dead, and he was terribky confused, the staff did nothing to help, their attitude was, its not my problem, the tanker turns up in ten minutes, move both cars now, disgusting way to treat an elderly person

Please mr sainsburys manager fareham retrain the petrol station staff or move them to jobs where their social skills are better used such as moving trolleys or stacking shelves

The petrol tanker turning up is far more important than a customer in need, I wonder if asda, tescos or morrisons would have the same disgusting attitude to a customer stranded through no fault of his own

I hope the manager of sainsburys fareham will reply to this message and explain how to make sure this does not happen again

The option of pay at pump is a convenient one. You have to pay for the tyre air - which was free before. Though sometimes the air tyre machine is out of order which can cause inconvenience.

No plain water tap and staff rude, my car was overheating so stopped here as close to where I was, found no plain water tap, just screen wash, so asked the staff to help, they said no and told me to buy a bottle of water, so I did, I then came back in and asked them to fill the empty bottle for me, they said no, I asked if she could try and see and she snatched the bottle of me and showed me it would not fit under tap, there was no need to be rude, I had to buy another bottle to get me to the next fuel station which had a free water tap! Unusual for a fuel station to not have a tap.

Pay at pump cleared our account. Left my wife on her own with little fuel and no way to pay for fuel.
Only saving grace was being allowed to get £15 of fuel which has to be paid within 7 days and being told it was a goodwill gesture. Good will gesture will be refunding our account with the money they took without lifting the nozzle
