Friendly staff and a nice small shop to get essentials. Also can send parcels via Hermes form here. Reasonable priced fuel with the benefit of a car wash on site too.

very friendly staff, smaller range of M&S food stuff but super sandwiches and salads. I like their wild bean cafe as well.
when i looked at some of the current reviews it is obvious they are for the garage before BP and M&S took over.

06/11/2015 the attendant, name on his badge said 'ANU' was scruffy and rude. When I came to the counter, he was chewing food with his mouth open. When I greeted him with 'good morning' I was ignored. He was generally unpleasant, very poor customer service, I hope I don't have to see him again

I was absolutely livid when I bought some items in this garage today-it was so busy. Nobody monitoring how many people were coming in-social distancing was not possible due to the amount of people in there. I complained to staff members who seemed unbothered by the situation. Customers were not following the arrows-most distressing. I won’t be coming back. Sainsbury’s and the Co op much better organised.

Mentioned (politely) that the credit card keypad was very dirty and maybe should be regularly cleaned during the pandemic... was just told they did not often use that one (even though I had just used it). And then just turned away. Rude, dumb and dangerous.

I live in the neighbourhood so i come here often

Almost everytime they are short of staff
Long queues
Only 1 of the employees makes a proper coffe
A tall blonde lady with long hair

And the rest of them do not care
There is always one just standing around
With a tablet in her hand
Pretending to be busy .

Stopped here at 4am to get petrol on the way to work, 3 members of staff seen in the shop, they all looked straight at as and not one of them went to clear the pump we that so we could use it. Couldn't hang about and wait as door was closed and we had to get work.
