Rang up because coolant very low, very helpful and advised me over the phone. They topped it up when I arrived. Only charged me for the coolant. Great service, thank you! Will be getting a quote from you when it comes to MOT/Service time.

Excellent service. Self service or some one will serve you when you fill up for petrol. The garage is on the way to Hereford. They sell some groceries too. They have a MOT service and repair shop.

Always very friendly and helpful & reasonable prices, l only moved to the area 3 years ago but l don't go anywhere else.
I think the "run down" appearance comments by other reviewers is unjustified, it's a proper old school,no frills garage. If you're after main dealer facilities,best go to a main dealer and pay main dealer prices.

Friendly, helpful service. Had a wheel bearing problem which was examined and diagnosed within 10 minutes while I waited.Replaced a day or two later, at a reasonable price. So nice to deal with knowledgeable real people, rather than a smart suit at a main dealers.

Today these people saved me from a major problem. I'd bought a car from Brightwells in Leominster and was having it delivered, the car broke down 500m away. I phoned them and they not only sent someone out immediately to tow it back and went out of their way to fix it immediately and get the driver back on the road but they also made me feel welcome and as though my problem wasn't a pain to them.

I can't thank them enough.

I used to work in the garage trade 20 years ago and I know finding someone helpful to fix a car in an emergency is a lost cause in the UK.
So great to find a garage that has respect for customers.

Only place remaining to supply LPG for cars local to Hereford after ledbury and coop City Centre petrol station removed their pumps. Always really friendly and helpful staff when I go in, I hope this small business remains for a long time! Youre a valuable asset to the community. Thank you!

Another great fix from these masters of motoring. Very reasonably priced, honest quote etc. The usual small business friendliness as it should be .
