Morrisons Petrol Station

My wife just came in after failing to get balloons blown up in the main store at morrisons for my sons 3rd birthday tomorrow. She popped in to the petrol station on the off chance and there was a young lad in the forecourt who went out of his way to get them blown up. You genuinely rarely get that sort of customer service and care anywhere anymore, what a lovely guy and thanks for making my sons birthday!

The pumps always seem to be damaged or not working in some way. There is no water for the cars or easy access to it. There is little or no customer services at Morrisons petrol stations. Considering how much we pay at these places you would expect a different type of experience.

What an absolute joke. Just topped up at fleet with diesel at pump 5. Sign said only pay at pump. That’s great for me as no queuing.
Put card in for authorisation no issues so start to fill up. Just checked my back account and they have taken £100 for authorisation and then the payment for the fuel.
Just asked customer service why take £100? As everyone else takes £1 plus payment. She said so they know you can afford the fuel but it’s ok you get the £100 back in 5-7 days.
So Morrison how many hundreds of thousands people a day do you take £100 put it in your bank and make lots of interest of other peoples money.
I WANT MY £100 BACK WITH INTEREST
Customer service said if someone had say £120 in there bank account and was expecting to be able to fill the car up this wouldn’t happen as they take the £100 first so they can only have £20 of fuel.

In my opinion this whole site needs a refurb. Shop is small and slightly disorganised, staff can be often stocking the shelves at peek times which results in certain popular asiles being blocked. Costa machine is never kept 100% clean. Out if 5 visits, twice it was out of order. It has the potential to be so much better!

Nice chatty staff. Always gloves stocked at pumps.

Not enough staff at times. Fuel costs are not a joke. The pumps especially diesel ones can get quite dirty at times. The car wash never ever gets my vehicle totally clean, in fact at times ive had to put it through twice. ???

Could still be cheaper for fuel.
They were quick to raise the price

Staff here so helpful beyond what they should do.
I have just been told i have stage 4 cancer ,& sadly a young widow.
Every time I go into my local petrol shop.
Someone always comes to help me which means the world to me as I can hardly walk with the pain I am in...
So thanks so much to the staff at Morrisons Fleet petrol station x
